Ingredients: 

 

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup fresh organic lemon juice (or more to taste-about 2-3 lemons)

  • 1/2 teaspoonorganic raw honey

  • 5 or 6 ice cubes

Directions:

 

Combine all ingredients in a high speed ice crush blender and blitz for 60 seconds or until ice is completely blended in.

Let it breathe for about 30 seconds before pouring. Pour into cups to serve. If you prefer you can add more ice.

Tropical Vegan Dessert – Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free

 

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

2 ripe Organic Alphonso Mangoes
1 cup Organic Pineapple Cubes
1 tbsp. Raw Organic Honey
1 can Full Fat Coconut Cream
10 Organic Strawberries (chopped and divided between servings)
12 Organic Blueberries (chopped and divided between serving)
16 Organic Almonds (blanched and chopped)

Directions:

In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the mangoes, pineapple, coconut cream, raw honey and blitz until soft and creamy. Pour into serving glasses, layering with fresh strawberries, blueberries and garnish with chopped almonds and more blueberries and strawberries.
